The weather was amazing for March.
Many campers arrived early Friday and were enjoying the campground during the day. A few people went out to local restaurants for dinner Friday night while other dined in.
Due to a campsite mix up the McKnight’s were banished to a land far far away but retained a chauffeur service (George S.) to transport them to and from the group events.
Some of us are more Irish than others (Una was born in Dublin). The Longs prepared a fabulous corned beef and cabbage feast which we enjoyed with genuine Irish beverages. Then we had a great time sitting by George 1’s campfire and laughing during the night of Irish humor.
Sunday’s breakfast was terrific with Corned Beef Hash (of course) and we played a bit of guitar and banjo before hitting the road!
See ya all at Pechanga!
